Immerse and explore yourself through Scuba Diving into the deep ocean of Baa Atoll, Maldives, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, where you will be surrounded by its uncontaminated Marine flora and fauna, deafened by its peace. Yoga practices, such as Pranayama, Yin and Restorative, will prepare and relax you for your Diving. Pranayama, the breathing techniques, will prepare you BY encouraging the body to use full capacity of the lungs and absorb and use oxygen more efficiently. It prepares you to a slow and controlled breath which will give you a relaxed body and mind, improved air
consumption and a fine tuned buoyancy. Yin and Restorative practices will produce elasticity, mobility and relaxation of the all body and mind.


Our Yoga & Scuba Diving Retreats are also open to those interested in taking the Course, for the first time, and acquiring the PADI Scuba Diving License and more dives can be added to the same, once settled in Kamadhoo, Island.
