6am-7:30am – Pranayama/Yoga Qi Flow/Positive Affirmations, lets have fun, your mat will be the sand and the water of the ocean, through the practice your flow freely as if it were a dance letting yourself be carried away by your vibrant energy, feeling good with you body, mind and spirit.
